Any business entity in Nepal, registered with the Department of Industry or the Department of Cottage and Small Industries or any other Government entities.

Multinational Companies (MNCs) are also eligible to be part of the initiative for goods and services produced in Nepal.

Automatically qualifies if it has already obtained Nepal Standard or has received a similar recognition from other standards recognized by the GoN.

If an entity does not have NS or equivalent, Swadeshi Operations Committee will subjectively assess and approve the quality of the product/service being supplied.
